The Ironman 4x4 IM2.5 Suspension Kit is the pinnacle of monotube shock absorber technology available in Australia.
Engineered with a 2.5-inch extruded 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium monotube body, the IM2.5 delivers up to 4x better heat dissipation and 30% weight savings over conventional steel twin-tube shock absorbers.
The large 57mm CNC-machined billet aluminium piston offers 60% more surface area than traditional designs, enabling precision valving for exceptional ride quality over both sealed roads and corrugated tracks.
The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) uses class-leading NOK seals with Fuchs hydraulic oil at 200PSI nitrogen pressure to deliver consistent damping performance regardless of load or terrain.
This kit provides a 2-inch lift and is available in Light, Medium (Heavy) spring ratings to suit different vehicle setups and load configurations. The IM2.5 is fully rebuildable and requires no regular servicing.
