Are Spring Spacers Legal in Australia?
At Savage Tech Australia, we understand that customers want to ensure their modifications comply with Australian road laws. Based on our research, there is no specific regulation that prohibits the use of spring spacers as long as the vehicle remains within the legal suspension lift limits set by each state.
For example, in Queensland, suspension modifications up to 50mm (approx. 2") are allowed without requiring engineering certification. Other states, such as NSW and VIC, follow similar rules where any lift beyond 50mm total may require additional certification.
